Katarzyna is a consultant and manager as well as a certified coach. She started working in business at the time of the dynamic economic changes taking place on the Polish market in the 90’s. She accompanied the management boards of international organisations in building and developing their human capital. She can accurately identify Key Success Competencies for different business roles.

She has completed a number of development centres and coaching processes for management staff. She is particularly interested in developing attitudes supporting individual and team effectiveness and in management by values.

At work she utilises her humanistic, economic and psychological knowledge. She completed Managing European Economy studies run by the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and HEC in Paris, as well as postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and in Collective Labour Relations and Labour Law at the University of Warsaw.

For 8 years Katarzyna participated in building an international consulting company, holding at the final stage the role of its Managing Partner.

She can work in Polish, English and French.
