Virginie Little
Senior Consultant in communication (internal, external, intercultural), sales, customer service and business organization
Passionate about marketing and communication, it was during the course of her studies in Stockholm that Virginie obtained the conviction that the customer should be at the center of every organization to optimize its efficiency.
She began her career in France with a telecommunications operator, charged with managing new product development within a European marketing team. Fifteen years and many experiences later in communication and sales as well as a wide range of other sectors (telecom, media, hospitality, industry, publishing, etc.), Virginie is putting her skills to work by helping businesses improve their organization and internal and external communication.
Virginie started and managed for 10 years the only French language media dedicated to Poland: Les Echos de Pologne.
In addition to Poland, where she has lived since 2001, Virginie also has deep knowledge of the cultures and markets of her home country, France, and North America, which she considers to be a great source of inspiration of the best practices in terms of customer service and communication.
Her main fields are: sales, business development, implementing processes and customer service standards; internal communication; external communication: PR, event, social media; marketing: direct marketing, loyalty programs; internal organization: audit, process implementation and optimization.
She is also the author of the cross cultural training program offered by Human to Business.
